Cenio products in color
 
Q. Is the color of my Cenio computer exactly the same as the color shown on this website?
A. It is possible that the colors are not exactly the same. This is caused by the color settings of your display. To be certain about the color use the Cenio color insurance. You receive an example of the chosen color for review.
 
Cenio products in corporate identity

Q. Is it possible to make my own design for a Cenio computer?
A. Together with your request for a design proposition you can sent suggestions or attach a design of your own. Cenio Designers will translate this to the Cenio concept. There is a possibility that some design wishes can’t be technically realised.
 
Q. I don’t know the color index codes of the corporate identity and my logo?  
A. Select your color by approximation and attach your logo to your design request. Cenio will try to match your colors.

Q. The design proposition made by Cenio differs from what I want. How do I change the design?
A. Please contact Cenio Customer Service by mail or phone.

Q. Where do I buy Cenio products?
A. All over the world, but only via our Cenio website / webshop.
 
Q. Is it possible to see the Cenio products before I decide to order them?
A. Cenio does not have stores or showrooms where Cenio products are displayed. To be certain about the color you want to order use the Cenio color insurance. An example of the color is send to you for review.
 
Payment

Q. Why do I have to pay in advance?
A. All Cenio products are custom-made.
 
Q. Do I have to pay online?
A. Yes you can pay for your order online, but you can also instruct your bank to transfer the purchase price to Cenio’s bank account.
 
Delivery
 
Q. What is the lead time after I ordered?
A. After your payment is received your order will be delivered within ten working days.
 
Q. What if I am not present at the moment the computer is delivered?
A. You will receive it the next day. If you can not take delivery again the product returns to Cenio. Cenio will contact you to discuss a new delivery date. Extra shipment costs can be charged.  
 
Q. Does Cenio deliver outside the European Union?
A. Cenio delivers every where in the world. Extra shipment costs may be charged for deliveries outside the European Union.
 
Warranty
 
Q. What kind of warranty is included with the product?
A. A  twelve months carry-in warranty is standard. If a problem occurs and can not solved by phone or e-mail then you ship it to Eindhoven.
 
This warranty is upgradeable to a collect-and-return service. If a defect occurs Cenio will pick up your computer and return it after reparation. 
 
Always contact Cenio before you sent a product in for reparation. You need a special warranty number. Packages without this number can not be handled.
